Challenge:
Supporting early-stage sustainability start-ups in improving their offer by providing them with the tools to identify their target audience and research their product-market fit to avoid wasting resources on building features that aren’t needed by the users.
Outcome:
A series of online workshops during which the teams from Kenya, Chile, and Cambodia improved their offers by applying user-centered methods from the Design Thinking toolkit. During the coaching sessions, they learned how to tackle their specific challenges around building empathy with their users and translating these learnings into actions.
