Challenge:
Supporting the Helmholtz Innovation Lab “Fern.Lab” in developing digital products based on promising scientific findings in the field of remote sensing.
Outcome:
In a series of online workshops, we refined the initial ideas and explored the product-market fit to come up with a concrete value proposition to make scientific concepts tangible. Through tools like user research and by working with the business model canvas, the team developed a common understanding of the product vision and a clear roadmap for further developing and implementing the product.
